Compared with conventional magnetic coupling pump, this N-B Pump features indirect impeller-driven system powered by the rolling of permanent magnet connected directly to the motor. Unlike the system with bearing structure, impeller rolls floating in the liquid by buoyancy and repellent of hydrodynamics. Because of this structure, impeller and internal shaft roll in balance at all direction without oscillation.

Since about 90% of pump failures occurred around bearing and shaft seal, this innovative system with no bearing and no shaft seal greatly reduces the failure rate. This system has the following features:

• Ease of assemble and overhaul by handling only 4 pcs of bolt.
• Ease of maintenance, no specialist required
• Impeller features no shaft and no bearing. No leak of liquid due to shaft sealing.
• Impeller rolls smoothly in non-contact low friction environment.
• Very quiet operation(low noise except sound of motor).
• Parts contacting the liquid are all made of plastic.
• Eliminate electric shock due to lack of metal contacting with the liquid.
• No contamination of impurities and metal debris during the liquid-transportation.
• Since there is no contamination, it is ideal for applications involving ultra-pure water and medicines etc.
