Our 3D Lab is an Advanced R&D Division of American Magnetic Engineering. We are a group of scientists and engineers, who enjoy invention and knowledge sharing. With the most efficeint management on R&D and prototyping, we have successfully manufactured the powerful AME PowerMag Magnetic Separator for bio-medical use. Most recently, we have also made the innovative bedding system Mag Soft TM, which brings the everyday sleep to a whole new level because it operates on our patented technology of composite mag-lev system. With the unique air gap, you can feel the experience of sleeping on the cloud.
We take custom-tailored approach and can provide turn-key solution for customers like you, i.e., we will sign the NDA to protect your intellectual property and help design and make the final product based on our years of advance engineering knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment.
We also actively collaborate with education institutes in south Florida and provide opportunities of hands-on experience to "kids" with a learning heart regardless of the age. Our outreach program aims to share advanced manufacturing techniques as well as to provide a platform in learning science and technology at a fun way. To share with the public, we are building up printable models on the MakerBot thingiverse.
